Our facilities operate under the certifications and API monogram licenses required to serve every major U.S. operator and a growing list of international customers. The certifications below are the foundation; the full package is available on request.

Our QMS governs every step from receipt of incoming pipe through final shipment: incoming inspection, in-process controls, final inspection, documentation, and traceability. The system is designed to meet API Q1 requirements and is audited internally and externally on a regular cadence.
Every joint we process is inspected. Sampling is statistical where appropriate and 100% where required by specification or customer requirement.
In-house labs at McCarty and Bear Bayou provide tensile testing, hardness testing, Charpy impact testing, metallography, and chemistry verification, alongside non-destructive examination methods including ultrasonic (UT), electromagnetic inspection (EMI), and magnetic particle inspection (MPI).
Every order ships with full documentation: mill test reports, in-process records, inspection results, and certifications of conformance. Records are retained per API and customer requirements and are available for audit on request.
We review our processes — operations, purchasing, inventory control, quality control — on a continuing basis. Equipment upgrades, training programs, and process refinements are funded as part of our normal operating budget, not as exceptional capital projects.
